Pomegranate

Pomegranate provides ample skin & health benefits and some of them are; increased fertility in women increased blood flow to the uterus, thickened uterine lining to decrease the chance of miscarriage, and healthy development of the fetus.

To attain these benefits, you need to be careful with the quantity. Mix equal parts of finely grinded pomegranate seeds and bark. Mix it well and store it in an airtight container. Consume a ½ teaspoon of this mixture with a glass of warm water twice a daily. Continue it for a few weeks.

Cinnamon

To prepare the remedy, add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a cup of hot water. Allow it to sit till it reaches the room temperature. Consume this remedy once a day and continue it for a few months. You can also add cinnamon to your diet. Sprinkle a pinch or two of cinnamon powder on your cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. to gain more benefits.
